DATA QUALITY CENTER
The Data Quality Center is responsible for the accuracy and presentation of data to clients, taking sophisticated utility usage data from various sources (Utility invoices, advanced metering (15-minute Interval Data), ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager, etc.) and translating it into an easily readable format for specific target audiences.
The Software Development team makes sure the platforms for NET's programs remain cutting-edge. Keeping up with the fast-paced world of technology, this team strives to continually improve the Energy Data Systems that facilitate NET's operational and behavioral energy management programs. Maintaining solid relationships with utility companies and regulatory bodies allows the Software Development team to meet utility standards for measuring and verifying energy savings.
The Design team, made up of graphic designers, copywriters, animation specialists, web designers and programmers, works to continually develop relevant, engaging materials that cater to the needs and interests of our clients.
CUSTOMER SERVICE / TRAINING
The Customer Service / Training Team exists solely to ensure the satisfaction of all NET's clients. The team's extensive experience in the industry allows clients to be provided with user-friendly, step-by-step training on the use of NET's products and services.
